Rigby’s Water World Rules

  1. Read and obey all posted signs.
  2. Running is not allowed anywhere inside the park.
  3. Coolers or Glass containers are not allowed inside the park.
  4. Outside food and drink (other than food purchased from Rigby’s Entertainment Complex or water in a clear plastic container) are not allowed inside the park.
  5. Personal toys such as Frisbees, balls, water guns, etc. are not allowed inside the park.
  6. Personal lawn chairs and umbrellas are allowed in the park. Umbrellas must not exceed five (5) feet in diameter. Pop-up tents or other structures are prohibited.
  7. Only radios utilizing headphones will be allowed in the park (No boom boxes).
  8. All bathers are asked to take a cleansing shower before entering the water.
  9. No spitting, spouting of water, or blowing nose in pool and slides.
  10. Guests are required to enter and exit the pools at designated areas only
  11. Diving or flipping from the pool deck is prohibited.
  12. Horseplay of any kind is prohibited.
  13. No solo swimming. Non-swimmers should be within an arm’s reach of a swimming adult at all times. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible guardian age 16 or older.
  14. Bathers are allowed to wear U.S. Coast guard approved flotation devices only. Adult and youth-sized Life jackets are available free of charge while supplies last.
  15. Proper swimming attire must be worn (no cut-off, shorts, leotards, thongs, etc.). Appropriate body coverage must be maintained at all times.
  1. Swim diapers are required for all diaper-dependent patrons.  Cloth or disposable diapers are prohibited.
  2. Changing diapers on pool deck is prohibited. Changing tables are located in Bathhouses and Restrooms.
  3. Food or drink is not allowed within Ten (10) feet of the water areas.
  4. Chewing Gum is prohibited inside the park.
  5. Tobacco use is permitted in designated areas ONLY.
  6. Animals or pets are not permitted inside the park unless they are identified as service animals and approved by management.
  7. Alcoholic beverages are permitted in designated areas ONLY.
  8. Profanity or offensive language is not permitted.
  9. Persons with signs of illness, skin rashes, open sores, bandages will not be allowed in pool and slides.
  10. Any conduct that may endanger your welfare or the comfort and welfare of other guests is prohibited.
  11. Masks, snorkels, and fins are prohibited. Swim goggles that don’t cover the nose are allowed.
  12. Guests who wish to leave the facility and re-enter during the same day must get their hand stamped at the turnstiles.
  13. Swimming during heavy rain or when thunder and lightning can be heard or seen is prohibited
  14. Rigby’s Water World employees have final authority on all safety rules.
  15. Failure to follow park rules may result in serious injuries or ejection from the park.
