Thank you for your interest in the Rigby’s donation program. Giving back to communities is central to the way we do business. We are privileged to help strengthen our communities by supporting the efforts of local organizations and charities.
Rigby’s plans to donate to many wonderful, worthy organizations, school groups and non-profits. Our giving strategy combines the resources of our properties and employees to make a difference. Please find below our policies and procedures regarding donation and sponsorship requests. We appreciate your cooperation.
DONATION POLICY & PROCEDURES
Donation and sponsorship requests must be submitted by filling out the form in this page at least 45 days prior to the scheduled event. We require donation requests to include:
- Demographic information for the target market the event will reach, including the number of people estimated in attendance.
- Opportunities for Rigby’s Entertainment Complex to cross market our property to your audience through your event.
- Any business done with Rigby’s Entertainment Complex within the last 24 months.
- Your organization’s 503 (c) number.
We receive hundreds of requests each month from quality organizations, yet are unable to donate to each and every one. We do our best to rotate donations in an effort to be fair to all qualified organizations. Due to the number of requests we receive, we are unable to reply to every request, and only approved requests will receive confirmation.
